I am painting my living room that has 14ft ceilings. The end is painted with the cowslip yellow and I would like to paint the wall where the cranberry sofa is a complimentory color for both the "Cowslip" wall and the sofa. I have thought of a sage or slate green, cornflower blue or even a neutral tan? Oh I just don't know! Please help!!!:-)

Your colors sound great. A sage or khaki green would compliment both the cranberry and the cowslip yellow. Not sure about the blue and the tan might be too blah. Tell us how it turns out.
