I am picking wedding colors for my beach wedding, I have blue and tan (sky, sand) I need an accent (sun),?

What color will go with that? I have from DavidsBridal.com. Cornflower, and Champange Dresses.

I need a color to mix in for like my flowers and accent pieces also. Would like a yellow, orange go? (light color maybe)

HELP?

Thanks

A green or a pink would look really great with cornflower and champagne. Maybe like a sea foam green or a baby pink.
Reply:Oh absolutely - think of a beautiful tropical sunset - red-orange sun against the pale turquoise sky running right up to the tan sand - and accents of green (palms) and mauve (distant clouds) and even a bit of "midnight blue" (night sky creeping in)

Or look at all those orange tropical flowers - yeah oranges and reds would be really pretty!
Reply:OMG - SUN=Yellow - answered by a three year old.
Reply:Yes, white. Blue and tan are so beautiful, you do not want to drown them out.
Reply:go with white like the surf
Reply:I agree that the yellows available are too close to the champagne to work as a separate accent color. Also, the blue is a bit too bright to really work with another pastel.

I think the color that David's Bridal calls "Palm Beach Coral" would be a great accent to the blue, and definitely speaks to the beach theme.
Reply:Yellow and orange were the first colors to pop into my head. Just make sure they compliment each other.
Reply:First off... Congratulations on getting married! Best wishes!

Secondly... Cornflower %26amp; Champange are beautiful colors. Some accent colors could be:

? Coral

? Peach-orange

? Pink-orange

? Salmon

? Sandy Brown
Reply:a salmon pink--you do not want too pastel a color--the salmon pink comes in flowers and it is a true medium color reminding one of sunsets, sun rising and goes perfect with the light neutral colors you have all ready selected
Reply:coral , orange, maybe even yellow would look nice.
Reply:why not gold..? i think that would look really nice.

i think gold, tan and a baby blue color would look amazing together!
Reply:I like the salmon color others have suggested (like a hibiscus maybe?) I also like a green color - like sand dune grass or palm leaves depending on the shades of tan and cornflower (sorry, I didn't go to the David's Bridal site to check).

Think about the kinds of flowers/centerpieces you want and go from there.
Reply:salmon or soft peach. It will look stunning.
Reply:black for death and night
Reply:use white because you don't want too many colors going on. I think the cornflower and champange nicely compliment each other and anything but white will take away from those colors. These are your main colors right? You don't want an accent color to over-power them and yellow or organe would do just that. White is nice and crisp and can represent the sruft, as someone already stated...or the clouds in the sky. I am sure that your florist will have great ideas to intigrate some splashes of beach-y color into your flowers.

Good luck!
Reply:I think orange would look awesome with blue %26amp; champagne. It would really "pop"!

Reply:Same theme here... my colors are pink, brown, and accent is white..

but you could go with a light yellow..
Reply:Maybe a salmon or coral color? Something that pops out at you, it could represent the sunset or even a flower. You definitely need a stronger color. The yellow would look good with the blue, but the sand color already has a hint of yellow in it so they might just wash each other out.
