Is this vegan?

This is a lip stain it is supose to be organic and natural. i was wondering if it is completely vegan. They do not test on animals the have the "leaping bunny" logo. thank you.

Is this vegan?
There's several potential problems with this stuff besides the glycerin. First off the list of optional colorants include several that either are animal sourced or could be animal sourced, there's also a stearate listed that can be animal based.



A relatively new problem could be all those essential oil extracts they list. Some companies have started using animal based enzymes to increase production of their essences%26lt;sigh%26gt;.

Organic implies that it comes form life.



IT is not the same as 'All natural"



Ocean water is all natural, but drink it every day and you will die. Some of these chemicals scare me. TThe big ones are DPG (Dipotassium Glyc...) and Potassium borate.



Look them up. you may stop using it

I have heard vague responses from vegan friends of yellow #5, but i never even heard of an info source to check.
